Contracts
In our
fast-paced world, one less thing to worry about is
highly valued. Our Service
Contract provides you with just
that. Less worries and more time!
 We
at Flowers Heating and Cooling would like you to put to rest any concerns you
may have with your indoor
air quality - not today, not tomorrow, not
in five years.
That is why we offer Service Contracts to cover your furnace, air
conditioner, humidifier and
air cleaner. We will notify you when it is time for
a system inspection, so you can keep untimely breakdowns to a minimum. However,
if you find yourself in need of a repair, a Certified Service Technician will be available 24 hours a day, 7
days a week. We will provide you with two inspections per year, servicing your air conditioner in
the Spring and your heat in the Fall.
We will check to
be certain that your system is running at
maximum efficiency. This provides not
only a longer life to
your system but also a cost saver on your electric or gas
bill!
